The center mediates the disputes over telecom services between subscribers and operators and handles complaints about quality and after-sale service of mobile phones and telephones; conducts statistical analysis of subscriber complaints for the authorities in charge to support government’s supervision and macro decision-making and promote the improvement in telecom service; and instructs and coordinates the work of its branches.
